L Series

Universal platform for reliable core production. With an open C-frame design, the L Series accommodates a large range of corebox dimensions, providing you the capability to run up to 6-parted tooling – far exceeding expectations. Available in 4 standard platforms, with shoot volumes ranging from 1 to 150 liters. A true all-rounder.

LL Series

Capable of 150 cycles per hour.  The rocket ship of small and medium core work in the foundry industry.  The LL CoreShooter comes in 2 sizes:  LL10 and LL20.  Capable of running coreboxes of vertical, horizontal and combination-thereof design.  With simple economical conversions, the LL Series easily adapts pre-existing tooling of wood, plastic, aluminum or iron, all within a compact footprint.

LFB Series

Robust for high production.  The 4-column table guides, two decentralized hydraulic lifting cylinders and solid steel base-frame are at the foundation of the LFB CoreShooter.  Hydraulic corebox latching and clamping of the tooling sets you up for quick repeatable core production.  Customizable platforms with shooting volumes of 25 to 200 liters – an industry standard.

LVM Mixer

A good core starts here.  The LVM mixer delivers a homogeneous mix at short mixing cycle time.  Compact in design.  Economical in upkeep – no pumps, limited moving parts.  Unmatched in performance.

LVMD Mixer

The LVMD mixer series is suitable for volumetric dosing of sand, binders and additives. The mixing chamber consists of two interconnected mixing chambers with counter-rotating mixing blades. This results in a highly effective vortex mixing zone in the middle of the mixer, which creates a homogeneous mixture quickly and in a material-friendly manner. Due to its characteristics, this mixer series provides a very economical solution.
