BALANCE

LAEMPE REICH is taking responsible precautions to guard the well-being of our team and their families while balancing our service to customers and following government mandates on travel and working environment. We are providing service to our customer that are providing essential homeland security, national defense, municipal, medical, and other required services. 
To ensure business continuity we are following a strategy of Essential Planning, including daily assessment of risks and mitigating issues. Essential tasks are being executed according to this plan balancing safety, risk and security management.
Each team leaders and their teams meet virtually multiple times each day to retain task focus and prohibit fragmentation.

BUSINESS SYSTEMS 

We have always honored you by answering our phones with a real person. No change. Before this occurred, unknown to you perhaps, LAEMPE REICH has functioned and continues today, using remotely accessible and cloud-based systems of communications, business processing, support, service, allowing us to function today remotely and seamlessly and safely.  For your safety and ours, we have a culture of redundancy in all virtual, cloud-based backup and recovery systems. 

SALES | ENGINEERING | PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project are being address by our skilled sales engineering and project management team. Projects are moving fluidly.   As schedules shift, then restored, our skilled team is staying attentive to project details to assure a preparing for rapid changes of need and capacity management.   

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SYSTEMS

Our Technical Support Team has always functioned seamlessly remotely, using cloud-based communications, and internal and cloud-based case-knowledge sharing so you have more than one team member looking at your support, and immediate cloud-based reporting tools. Before COVID-19, our team launched Laempear, our augmented realty service system that allow us to walk your through repair of your machine, train, provide your documentation remotely, assisting you without travel or exposure to our team or yours.

 

CORE PRODUCTION

Core production is functioning within the COVID-19 and OSHA restraints for personnel safety guidelines, while balancing key customer demand for essential suppliers adhering to ‘essential supply chain’ classifications. 

 

PART SYSTEMS

At present our supply chain is functioning with limited impact. Before COVID-19 a culture of maintaining and investing in substantial inventory has proven operational. Our team is providing parts supportfor foundries, many that are required to function in defense, strategy, medical, and other mandates
